Description
Small, psychological and expressive self-portrait drawing created in 2000 as part of my Small Works series. It's dimensions are 6 x 8 inches (w x h). It was inspired by The Three Graces, from Sandro Botticelli's painting Primavera (a.k.a. Allegory of Spring; c. 1482) in the Uffizi Gallery.
About the image: Her world has become black and white, no color remains. Depression and anxiety hold her hostage indoors as the exquisite Botticelli Graces dance outdoors.
